- stock availability is limited to amounts “on hand” & are subject to fluctuations
- all sales will be subject to a “first come, first served” basis
- sales will only be deemed to have occurred once the funds have been received in our bank account
- there are no express or implied guarantees that any variety will be available at a future date after the current stock offer is exhausted
- all purchases will be quoted packed in “bulk” which is normally 20 kg bags with extra charges to apply for additional packaging if requested
- orders are transported on non returnable pallets or can be without pallets if requested
- prices quoted are FOB from the relevant Oceania Seeds facility which will be confirmed at order placement
- samples will not be sent out as standard practice on varieties that are subject to these “special” priced offers
- minimum order quantities may apply
