Matures in 70 - 90 days. Mild pungency hot pepper. The fruit size is medium at 15 - 25 cm in length & mainly used as green before full ripening. The skin colour is a dark green turning to red at full maturity. The plant is medium height & does well in a wide range of growing conditions. An "industry standard" in North America & extensively used for flavouring of a variety of dishes
