For use in processing and fresh markets. The heads are dome shaped with tight & very fine beads. The heads are dark green in colour & heavy. The plant has short bracts on a tall, erect, central stem which aids an easier harvest. The average head weight is 500 – 550 gm. Maturity is 85 – 90 days from transplanting with excellent field holding ability. Plant in Early spring & autumn
