CHANTENAY – OP

70 – 85 days maturity produce roots that are 16 – 20 cm long X 4 – 6 cm wide. This type has broad shoulders which taper to slightly stumped end. The internal colour is a deep orange core without halo/rings. Uniform size & shape with high yield are a feature of this variety. Tops are large at 40 – 50 cm and strong. Adaptable for a wide range of conditions and is tolerant to high temperatures. Mainly used for processing & is suitable for most soil types
