Matures in approximately 80 – 90 days. This is a biennial plant. It produces very large & thick stalks with rich flavoured, dark green coloured leaves. It is a tall variety with large leaves, on a tall plant. The leaves are highly aromatic & grow vigorously with a rich flavour. Excellent for use in soups, fish dishes and especially sauces. Can be dried or used fresh & freezes well
