Matures in 50 - 70 days. The leaves are medium green colour with a fringed edge at 35 - 55 cm high. Produces a white coloured, globe shape up to 15 cm diameter (although 8 - 10 cm is the best time to harvest). The flesh taste is sweet & mild. The globe is a purple colour above ground & white below which stores well. Suitable for fresh market & good field holding
