Butternut. Excellent traditional butternut shape & great tan/fawn colour are hallmarks of this variety. The internal flesh is bright orange with a distinctive nutty flavour & a small seed cavity. The average weight is 1.5 - 2.5 kg with dimensions of 18 - 23 cm long X 9 - 11 cm wide. This variety produces a high yield of marketable fruit & performs well even in difficult growing conditions
