WHITE VIENNA ? OP

Matures in 60 – 70 days from sowing. Early maturing, dwarf variety. Pale green tending to white coloured, smooth, flattened globes with white internal flesh which form above ground. Optimum diameter harvest is around 6.5 cm. This variety has a unique crisp & mild flavour. Advised to have successive sowings to extend the harvesting period. Use raw in salads, boil, cream or freeze.
