Cayenne. Grows green fruit which mature yellow in 75 - 90 days. Fruit is 15 - 18 cm long X 1.4 - 1.8 cm wide & hangs down from the bush in singles. Used for flavour/taste in cooking & in presentation using the distinctive yellow colour. The pungency is medium & is a good all round performer
